If you are injured on the job, take immediate action!

Get medical attention immediately. If necessary, have someone call 911;

Inform your supervisor immediately;

If your supervisor is not available, contact another manager for assistance;

Ask your employer for a referral to a doctor or medical facility. They will get this referral when they report your injury to Zenith's First Call hotline.
