Zenith offers several ways for policyholders to update their account contact information.

1. Notify Zenith Online.  Change your mailing and/or billing address using our online change of address notification form and we'll take care of the rest. To change a physical address location on your policy, please contact your insurance agent.
   
   
2. Notify your insurance agent via email. Your insurance agent can then relay your contact change request to Zenith.
   
   
3. Notify Zenith on your premium payment coupon. Simply write in your updated contact information on the front of your payment coupon when you mail in your premium check.
