Zenith maintains the Zenith Health Care Network (ZHCN) for treatment of injured workers in Texas. Zenith pays Network contracted rates for services provided to injured workers when the services are provided by a ZHCN provider. Network providers should assure that all treatment for injured workers is provided through the ZHCN. This includes referrals to specialists and ancillary providers.

Zenith's utilization review service provider is UniMed Direct. All preauthorization requests for both health care network and non-health care network services should be directed to UniMed Direct at 866-931-5100 or by fax at 800-281-5438.
