| Medical Provider Referrals |
 | When employees are injured, they need medical providers who will see them promptly, listen to their concerns and give them proper treatment. This makes a significant difference in the quality and cost of Zenith care and, most importantly, increases the chances for a good recovery. |
If you would like to refer an injured worker that you are currently treating to another medical provider or facility, please contact the Zenith examiner assigned to the claim for approval. The medical provider or facility that the injured worker is referred to must be a part of our medical network/panel. Find our medical providers that are available for referral.
