Zenith has established the Zenith Medical Provider Network (ZMPN) - a customized network of physicians, hospitals, outpatient facilities and ancillary services which covers the entire State of California. The network was effective February 1, 2005 for any workers' compensation claims.

You must provide your employees with copies of the materials listed below in both English and Spanish (Note: These documents may take up to 60 seconds to load depending on your connection speed.  Thank you for your patience.)

A mailing went to all California policyholders on February 20, 2008 with instructions to distribute the new ZMPN Brochure by February 29, 2008.   If you have not yet distributed the brochure to your employees, please do so as soon as possible.
