Zenith offers pharmacy benefit management (PBM) programs in more than 25 states. Savings from these programs can lower your claims costs. Your employees benefit by filling their prescriptions more easily and reliably, with no out-of-pocket costs.
Zenith currently has a partnership with two PBM companies—CVS Caremark and Tmesys. Please reference the appropriate program for your state.
CVS CAREMARK: California
CVS Caremark provides prescription benefits for more than 5 million individuals through a national retail network of more than 53,000 pharmacies, including over 3,115 pharmacies in California.
If you have an injured employee who has an open, accepted claim with Zenith, he or she will receive a welcome packet from CVS Caremark which includes a list of participating pharmacy chains and a CVS Caremark Prescription ID card.
