The combined annual statutory financial statements include Zenith Insurance Company and it wholly-owned property and casualty insurer, ZNAT Insurance Company, and have been prepared in conformity with the statutory accounting practices of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners’ Annual Statement Instructions and Accounting Practices and Procedures Manual as adopted by the California Department of Insurance.
