When you are injured, you need medical providers who will see you promptly, listen to your concerns and give you proper treatment. It is beneficial for you to receive treatment from a doctor who has experience treating work-related injuries and illnesses and who understands workers’ compensation rules and benefits.
Not all injuries are the same, so not all treatment should be the same. Our network and panel providers know how important it is to learn about the hazards and physical constraints of your job in order to establish an effective treatment plan.
Depending on the state you live in, the panel or network of doctors that you can receive treatment from will vary. Zenith will help you locate medical providers in your geographic area. If you have any questions, please call our customer service team at 1-800-440-5020.
Note: We want you to be comfortable with the doctor who treats you. If at any point you feel your doctor is not providing you with the appropriate medical care, please let us know right away.
