Zenith has a long-standing commitment to employee health and well-being. Over the years we have worked to enhance and expand our wellness programs by promoting good health and supporting employees in their efforts to make the best possible choices. Current programs include:

Physical Fitness: Zenith encourages lifelong fitness by offering an onsite gym at some of our larger office locations and a gym membership reimbursement program for offices without an onsite gym.

Routine Physical Exams: To help encourage employees to focus on their overall health, Zenith supports employees who obtain a routine physical exam by supplementing the cost of the exam.

Healthy Investments: This initiative provides our employees the opportunity to earn “wellness credits” that reduce the employee’s contribution to the monthly group health insurance premiums. Credits are earned upon the satisfaction of objective wellness measures, such as body mass index and blood pressure.

Annual Health & Wellness Fairs: Each fall, most of Zenith’s regional offices hold health & wellness fairs for employees. Employees who choose to participate can receive a variety of health screenings at no charge.

eVitality Magazine: This monthly wellness newsletter is filled with health tips for all facets of your life. Employees can read about the latest health trends, ways to improve nutrition and more.

Weight Management: To help support employees’ personal wellness efforts, healthy eating and sustainable weight management, Zenith periodically subsidizes commercial weight loss programs.
