At Zenith, we recognize that our employees are the key to our performance, financial strength and quality services. That’s why we are continually on the lookout for talented individuals who can make significant contributions to our company.

And once those talented individuals are here, we work hard to keep them. Periodically, Zenith partners with an outside vendor who conducts a confidential employee survey. Our goal is to determine whether employees believe that Zenith has the organizational programs, manager behaviors and employee attitudes required to help build a high-performance work culture. The results benchmark Zenith against other comparable companies and consistently place us significantly higher in evaluated areas, including work-life programs, diversity, health benefits, manager quality and recognition.

In addition, Zenith’s employees are encouraged to offer suggestions about how Zenith can continue to improve. Employees may submit ideas for management to review through the “Brain Power Portal” on our intranet site. We often offer recognition and rewards for suggestions that are implemented.
