| Injured? What You Should DO |
- In an emergency situation, have someone call 911 immediately.
- Inform your supervisor immediately of your injury. If your supervisor is not available, contact another manager for assistance. Let your supervisor know if any tools or equipment were involved in the accident, especially if they were faulty.
- Ask your employer for a referral to a doctor or medical facility. They will get this referral when they report your injury to Zenith's First Call hotline.
- Your doctor and your employer will assist you to get back to work quickly and safely. Call your supervisor if you have questions or ideas about getting back to work.
