Notice: Effective Oct. 8, 2010, the State of California has instituted new medical network notice regulations for California businesses.  Zenith will be mailing all California policyholders updated copies of the California Posting Notice (DWC 7)/Medical Provider Network Notice (one for each work location) to help ensure that our policyholders are in compliance with the new regulations and can avoid the potential $7,000 civil penalty from the state.  The mailing will also include samples of the new DWC 1 form, Facts about Workers' Compensation brochures, and the new ZMPN Implementation and New Employee Notice.
